Seven New Members Elected to Serve on the RASIT Executive Board

 

New Jersey – The Dean of Royal Academy of Science International Trust (RASIT), HRH Prince Adnan bin Mohammed bin Faisal (I) El-Hashemite, is pleased to announce that seven new members have been elected to the Academy's Executive Board in recognition of their distinguished and continuing achievements in serving humanity.

 

These new members will serve on the board during a critically important phase of the Academy’s long history, as RASIT prepares to open a new phase of sustainable development program in the Republic of Iraq. 

 

The Royal Academy of Science International Trust (RASIT), is an Independent International Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to promoting excellence in education and science, and plays an influential role in regional and international higher education policy and supports developments in Science Technology Medicine in a wide range of ways.  It was signed into being by HRH Prince Mohammed bin King Faisal (I) El-Hashemite – Founder President, in 1968 to promote and provide education to whomever is in need to face the challenges of the continuously changing and developing world. 

 

Newly elected members and their affiliations to RASIT:

 

Elie Basbous: Professor of Management & Economics – Lebanon, member of the Executive Board and Economics Committee.

 

Nada Al Ansari: Dean of Faculty of Science – Iraq, General Coordinator to Arab States of the Women in Science International League and member of Science Committee.

 

Nader Keyrouz: Director of Real Sector Statistics Department p.i., Presidency of Council of Ministers – Lebanon, member of Economics Committee.

 

Ruba Eid: Professor of Pharmacy – Lebanon, Member of Women in Science International League and Science Committee.

 

Jenan Al Asphor: Professor of Medicine, Consultant Oncologist – Iraq, Member of Women in Science International League and Medical Committee.

 

Elie El Zouki: Professor of Economics – Lebanon, member of Economics Committee

 

Khaled Agha: Consultant in Management & Marketing, Media Producer – Lebanon, member of Public Relations & Information Committee.
