“Culture for Peace.. NOT.. Culture of Peace"

Peace has no culture, however, Culture can serve Peace.
Peace, like war, is a social invention.  It has been notes the now and then precarious balance between
humans' need for bonding and autonomy. Finding the right balance in a world full of complecations and
devastation is difficult, particularly that technology shields humans from one another and even from
themselves. Globalization weakened local community, economic and social capacity, and family systems which
are all racked by violence.  The biosphere is losing its capacity to regenerate itself and feed the growing
population of humans.. How can peace grow and flourish, bring us better futures, under such conditions?

It seems that in spite of the visibility of violence and war, many people are able to see the devise practices and
strategies that will render war obsolete. If we want the world to be one planetary zone of peace, full of
adventure and the excitement of dealing with diversity without violence, humans can make it so, if they accept
each others differences.

This is The Culture for Peace.”

Culture for Peace International aims to introduce different cultures to different societies with a hope to create a
kind of knowledge, appreciation, and respect of each others cultures and civilization.   In working with a wide
range of partners, RASIT aims to preserve, promote, and advance world culture.
